Love the creativity with this! A tip that I'd like to share though, is that the line art "Scratchy-ness" could be a little more consistent throughout the piece, in order to promote the feeling of uniformity (Especially around the beak)

Very nice use of lighting and contrast, although the arm anatomy could use a bit of a touch up. Besides that, wonderful job!
